Steppe bussard? (Buteo buteo vulpinus?)

The following observation was made at the "Kaiserstein" in Muenchingen.
Google Earth coordinates: 48 ° 51'38 .23 "N, 9 ° 06'36 .40" O. Height of 342 m.
6.5 km southwest of Ludwigsburg and 10.5 km NNW of Stuttgart. Baden-Wuerttemberg / Germany.

The following two photos are taken at intervals of a second and show a buzzard on the 20th August 2011 at 19:12 in the evening. I became aware as he flew low over the stubble field. Mainly because of two prominent white spots on the right and left upper wing surface during flight. Therefore, I have photographed him several times. The flight seemed to be very different from a common buzzard. The exact times in seconds are specified in the photos. The distance was about 400m.

The buzzard is remarkably light from below Magnification from the left photo

1 sec later, the buzzard has landed and is now visible from above. He is mustered remarkably.
He has made the landing in a 180 degree turn.

Excerpt from the photo on the left.
The inner white spots on the wings had particularly struck me during the flight.

Jochen Völlm has identified the peculiarity of this bird with his good eye for special birds on the same evening. Therefore, I have sought out the following photos and remembered back my observations several times. At the beginning of this observation i noticed a buzzard sitting on a stubble field. He sat motionless and erect for at least 1/2 hour and made no move to the nearby trees along the little river. I think maybe this was this Buzzard.
Some time later, a flying bird awoke my interest because of  two
conspicuous white spots on upper surface of the right and left wing. And the white spots rather close to the
torso.
He
flew in the direction of a
nearby "grass-like" field. This grass-like field is the only such field far and wide, surrounded by corn fields, stubble fields and wrapped flields. But it only flew over the grass-like field, turned and landed after the return flight.

The red line in this photo shows the route of the Buzzard:
towards this grass-like field in the back of the picture. Turning and back again. The red ellipse front right shows the enlarged image of the buzzard in flight.
the buzzard flew at very low altitude over the field.
I had the impression the buzzard was in only 1 m height.
I'm not sure if this photo shows the same bird. It is 28 minutes later and in a field nearby. You see a gray head.

Jochen Völlm asked me whether the bird was actually so bright on the belly side. I picked out my original photos and he's on the original photos even lighter and more reddish. See below. Christoph Völlm asked me if I can say anything about color details that are not visible or recognizable in the picture. Hm! I've edited my photos to tease out more coloration details. The result is below:
